What are your Chicago store hours?

Our brick and mortar store located at 2858 N. Clark, Chicago, IL 60657 is open the following hours:

Monday - Saturday 11 am - 7 pm

Sunday 12 - 6 pm

I have question about something I want to order. How do I contact you?

During store hours you can call the store at (872) 206-8284. Or you can email us at customerservice@thecolettecollection.com

How long until my order ships?

Most orders are shipped within 3 -5 days. You will receive a shipping notification once the order ships.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled. If it qualifies for return you can return it following our return policy.

Do you restock out of stock items?

We sometimes restock our more popular items but that is not always possible. If we are out of something in your size please contact us at customerservice@thecolettecollection.com. We can let you know if we will be reordering the item or help you find something similar. We get in new inventory each week. Some of our in store items may not be on the website. We can help you find something that we have in the store that meets your needs.

Who makes your items?

We work with designers all over the country in order to bring you fashionable items at an affordable price. Many of our items are made in the USA. Some of the custom items are made by us, such as the FanFashion dresses and FitFashion charms.

Do you take coupons?

We frequently offer coupon codes, discounts and sales. To best know about these like us on Facebook or follow us on Instagram and Twitter. You can also sign up for our newsletter to find out about all of our promotions and events. The sign up is on the bottom right of all of our web pages. Visit our Store Events page to find out about our current and upcoming events.

Which items are final sales? 

All earrings and sale items are not refundable. They can only be returned for merchandise credit online or in store.
